Why we exist
In Uganda, thousands of children live without stable shelter or access to basic care. Children with disabilities are especially vulnerable, often excluded from school and community life.
Me and You Together was founded on a simple belief: when people come together, no child is forgotten. We partner with local families, schools, and health workers to create lasting change — one child at a time.
